Hyundai Venue Knight Edition Arrives In India – Check Price, Features and Engine Details

Hyundai has added a new update to its popular compact SUV lineup with the launch of the Hyundai Venue Knight Edition in India. This new model is part of the company’s Knight series, which has already proven to be very popular with customers. According to the company, over 92,000 units have been sold since the series’ launch in 2022.

The new Hyundai Venue Knight has been specifically designed for customers seeking a distinctive, sporty look. It features a completely blacked-out theme, giving it a strong road presence. The SUV’s front features a black-painted grille, a matte black Hyundai logo, and black skid plates. The roof rails, ORVMs (side mirrors), and alloy wheels are also finished in black. Some variants also feature red brake callipers and special Knight badging, distinguishing them from the regular Venue.

Stunning on the Inside

In terms of interiors, the cabin of the new edition features an all-black theme. Brass-colored inserts enhance the premium feel. Special black upholstery on the seats further enhances the sporty look.

Engine as before

No changes have been made to the engine. The SUV comes with the same engine options as before. These include a 1.2-litre petrol engine, a 1.0-liter turbo petrol engine (with DCT), and a 1.5-liter diesel engine. All engines are available with manual and automatic transmission options.

These features will now be available on the SUV

Hyundai has also added a new dashcam feature to some variants of the Venue, which supports modes such as driving, emergency, and trip recording. It can also be accessed via a mobile app, enhancing both safety and convenience. The company has also launched two new matte colour options for the Venue: Hazel Blue Matte and Mystic Sapphire Matte. These make the SUV even more attractive.

Pricing of the New Model

Hyundai has focused more on design and features in this update than on mechanical changes, as seen in the Creta Knight Edition. Pricing is currently available in the Night Edition. The HX5 1.2 Petrol MT variant is priced at ₹9.69 lakh, the HX5 1.5 Diesel MT at ₹11.11 lakh, the HX6T 1.2 Petrol MT at ₹11.03 lakh, the HX8 1.5 Diesel AT at ₹13.84 lakh, and the HX10 1.0 Turbo Petrol DCT variant is priced at ₹14.79 lakh (ex-showroom).
