Nothing is set to launch the Phone 4a series. This series will be unveiled on March 5th. The company is expected to launch two models: the Nothing Phone 4a and the Nothing Phone 4a Pro. The company has already confirmed that Snapdragon chipsets will power these smartphones. Now, it has teased the rear panel of its upcoming smartphone with a Glyph Bar design.
Nothing Phone 4a series: What’s new?
Nothing shared a teaser on the social media platform X just before the launch. The company confirmed that the upcoming smartphone will feature a new Glyph Bar. It will feature 6 square lights and 9 individually controlled mini LED lights. It is designed to reduce distractions during notifications. The new ‘Glyph Bar’ is brighter and more noticeable than before.

The company has stated that its new lighting system is based on patented technology that delivers a more natural, bleed-free light output. Additionally, it is 40 per cent brighter than the previous A-series model. The Nothing Phone 4a series smartphones will launch with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon chipset. Reports suggest the Phone 4a could be powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4, while the Phone 4a Pro could be powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4.
Nothing Phone 4a series: Possible features
Both smartphones in the Nothing Phone 4a series are expected to feature a 6.7-inch flat AMOLED display. This display could have a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Reports claim the Phone 4a could feature a 5,400 mAh battery with support for 50W wired charging.
The Pro model is expected to feature the same battery and charging setup as the standard model. Regarding the camera setup, it will feature the same triple rear camera setup as the Phone 3a series. A new telephoto lens may be included this time around.
