The ship is heading towards India, and several agencies, including the Indian Navy, are providing full support for its safe journey.

The other good news is that the price of LPG cylinders in India remains unchanged today. The price of a 14.2 kg domestic LPG cylinder in Delhi is ₹913, while the price of a 5 kg cylinder is ₹339, and the price of a 19 kg commercial cylinder is ₹3,071.50.

Gas in India is much cheaper than the global average price of LPG
In Indian rupees, the average global LPG price is ₹86.19 per litre, while the average price in India is ₹66.73 per litre. Global Petrol Prices releases the data. Prices are higher in rich countries, while prices are much lower in poor countries and those that produce and export natural gas.
This price difference between countries is due to different taxes and subsidies on LPG. All countries receive the same price for natural gas in the international market, but they choose to impose different taxes. As a result, the retail price of LPG varies.
